We are seeking an experienced PowerServer Engineer to support audit, investigation, and strategic planning activities related to our existing PowerBuilder/PowerServer applications. The ideal candidate will assess current systems, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization, modernization, or migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive audit and assessment of existing PowerServer/PowerBuilder applications
  • Conduct root cause analysis and investigations for performance, stability, and scalability issues
  • Analyze application architecture, deployment setup, and integration workflows
  • Identify technical risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports, findings, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define modernization or migration strategy
  • Create roadmaps and implementation plans for future upgrades or enhancements
  • Provide guidance on best practices, security, and performance optimization
