We are hiring a Cutover Support consultant/Analyst.
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days in Knutsford Office.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience leading large-scale Cutover and Release Management activities, ideally within the financial services sector or other highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrable experience in building complex, multi‐stage cutover plans and managing cross-functional technical teams during high-pressure events.
- Expertise in Contingency Planning and directing command and control structures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with relevant project, change, and release management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Develop and own the end-to-end Cutover Strategy, defining high-level phases, resource requirements, and scheduling for complex transition events.
