We are hiring for a Business Analyst – Salesforce Transformation.
Location: London - Hybrid / 2-3 days per week in office.
Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst within complex enterprise transformation programmes.
Strong hands-on experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, including multiple Salesforce implementations.
Proven experience within financial services, ideally supporting B2B Sales, Service, or Marketing functions.
Demonstrated ability to:
- Lead business analysis activities at programme scale
- Translate complex business needs into clear solution approaches
- Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
Strong experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile delivery frameworks.
Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and modern collaboration and delivery tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
