We are hiring for an Electrical Engineering Technician (Cabling / Wiring / Avionics).

Location: Flintsh

Proven practical expertise in cabling work, test box manufacture, component-level equipment diagnostics, self-certification, and reading engineering documentation (theoretical knowledge alone is unsuitable).

Applied experience as an Electrical Technician, Cabling Specialist, or within Engineering Avionics Systems.

Experience with avionics, communications, and navigation systems, alongside defence IT software platforms.

This is a physically demanding role requiring standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting in an open workshop subject to noise considerations and COSHH/PPE safety guidelines for chemical handling.

Commutable from North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, or South Lancs; standard shifts range between 7:00 AM–9:00 AM start to 3:30 PM–6:00 PM finish.

The technician requires practical experience to support senior technicians; ideal candidates hold a Level 3 qualification alongside a nationally recognized Electrical/Electronic engineering apprenticeship (or military equivalent).
