We are hiring for Lead Programme Manager (Public Sector)
Location : Hybrid with 2-3 days per week Office locations (ANY Locations : Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, and London)
- Lead Programme Delivery - Partner with the Programme Director to oversee and coordinate complex programme delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Should be able to Manage Workstreams : Designing and implementing a new operating model, Managing organisational design, including staffing, redeployment, retraining, and redundancy planning & Developing a technology strategy aligned with transformation goals.
- Should have Proven experience in operating model design and transformation programme delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital and data strategy within change programmes.
- Demonstrable success in managing senior stakeholder relationships, ideally within public sector environments.
- Ability to lead across multiple teams and suppliers in a complex delivery landscape
