- Prior experience in Mid‑to‑Senior level operational ownership requiring Project Management and Line Management experience to lead a team maintaining cross‑departmental / regulatory / Public sector knowledge platforms
- Technical oversight of search and content platforms utilizing SharePoint, WordPress, and Sitecore, alongside modern Document Automation tools.
- Responsibility for Information and Data Management policies, ensuring all systems meet strict accessibility and cross‑government compliance standards.
- Good to have Prior experience in managing Knowledge & Learning Communities
