We are hiring for the HR Operations Administrator (People, HR & Culture) position.

Location: Hybrid - Abingdon (3 Days per week in Office)

Proven background in HR administration or HR operations, with a track record of supporting the full employee lifecycle, managing day-to-day people processes, and assisting in project delivery.

Human Resources and People Operations within a fast-paced, evolving public/renewable energy sector context, requiring a proactive, collaborative approach to build trust with diverse stakeholders amidst ambiguity.

Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities, combined with high attention to detail, exceptional written/verbal communication, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, alongside a general tech-savviness for navigating HR systems.
