We are hiring for Scrum Master (BANKING - Customer Data Services)
Location: Glasgow
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies with disciplined execution for squads focused on ETL/ELT, data APIs, and cloud migration, ensuring high velocity and consistent achievement of Sprint Goals.
- Ensure all delivery processes strictly adhere to banking control frameworks, including GDPR, BCBS239, and internal data residency/retention policies.
- Manage complex cross-squad dependencies—specifically around master data layers, identity resolution, and metadata cataloging (e.g., Collibra)—to ensure seamless integration across the CDS ecosystem.
- Should have experience within enterprise data environments to help squads break down complex epics and meet non-functional requirements (NFRs) specific to high-scale data platforms.
- Be an active coach, embedding Agile and Kanban best practices to move squads toward a self-organizing model.
- Act as the primary bridge between Product Owners, Data Architects, and Platform Leads.
