Location: Southampton

Responsibilities:

  • Map end-to-end customer and product journeys to provide the essential business context for all reporting products and KPI definitions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for Data Modelers, ensuring the underlying data structures are built to support long-term reporting needs.
  • Lead the wireframing and prototyping of interactive dashboards to validate layout, filters, and user experience before any technical build.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with regulatory requirements such as Consumer Duty, MiFID II, or ESG disclosures, keeping data products compliant.
  • Define metrics specific to Wealth Management, such as Assets Under Management (AUM), Gross/Net Flows, Yields, and Advisor Productivity.
  • Leverage domain knowledge in Wealth Management and Financial Services landscape.
