Digital Learning and Support Officer (SharePoint / M365 & Digital Skills)
Location : Hybrid & 2 – 3 days in London Office
- Deliver effective training sessions and provide support on M365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) with a specific emphasis on SharePoint.
- Effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
- Organise, plan, and execute tasks to deliver against pre-agreed timelines.
- Provide relevant support to a specific business area or project and Maintain strong administrative processes and documentation.
