Location: Marham
Proven background in high-volume catering and hospitality environments, managing varied shift patterns across daily food services, functions, basic stocktaking, cash handling, and routine administrative/IT tasks.
Should have core culinary competency, including basic cookery, food preparation, and knife skills, along with strict compliance with UK Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
Preferred experience working in Defence Infrastructure, Public Sector Operations & Commercial Facilities Management (operating within structured defence site standards).
Exceptional customer service standards, strong communication skills, strict adherence to personal hygiene and PPE, and a high awareness of site security and reporting protocols.
Familiarity with defence catering standards, corporate safety systems, risk assessments, and site-specific operational orders.
