Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.

Advanced skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.

Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
