Essential
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes within a complex organisation.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering workshops, training programmes, onboarding activities and development interventions.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, including reporting, learner engagement and content administration.
- Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and translate organisational requirements into effective learning solutions, career pathways and capability-building initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams and use learning data to drive continuous improvement.
Desirable
- Professional qualification such as CIPD Level 5/7, Learning & Development certification, coaching qualification, or equivalent accreditation.
- Experience developing organisational capability strategies, early careers programmes, and talent development initiatives.
- Experience working within technical, engineering, scientific, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and technologies, including e-learning development, learning analytics, talent management, organisational change, and apprenticeship or UK skills frameworks.
