We are hiring for Site Security Officer (SSO) / Regional Security Advisor.

Location: Birmingham / Cardiff / Nottingham.

Proven track record in conducting formal physical security assessments (Threat and Vulnerability Assessments), managing localized risks, and collaborating within a multi-client or shared-service organizational structure.

Proficiency with core IT systems and management information (MI) tools to track equipment faults via Work Orders (WO), maintain Site Security Asset Registers, and analyze data to inform security posture decisions.

Should be an expert in the interpretation of Security Policies and corporate strategies to author customized local Site Security Procedures and Site Security Management Plans (SSMP).

Strategic risk register management, driving the development of Operational Requirements (OR), authoring formal post-incident security reports, and executing trend analysis on incident/breach data for continuous improvement.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to educate teams on security culture, build trust across small collaborative environments, negotiate with contractors, and work autonomously with regular UK-wide travel.
