We are hiring for an Agile Project / Delivery Manager (Payments / Card ecosystems).
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in Northampton Office.
Minimum 5+ years of Agile Delivery Management or Project Management experience, specifically leading large-scale digital transformations within Tier-1 Financial Services or highly regulated banking environments.
Deep knowledge of Retail Banking and Credit Card ecosystems, including experience with core banking migrations, payment gateways, regulatory reporting, and cross-platform production readiness.
Expert-level command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with a proven track record of managing Hybrid (Agile-Waterfall) delivery cycles and navigating complex governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
Proficient in managing delivery for squads working across Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), API integrations, data engineering, and modern DevOps pipelines while maintaining strict audit trails.
Advanced skills in managing senior-level stakeholders and resolving complex RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Practical experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) to synchronize roadmaps, manage inter-squad dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong capability in financial tracking (Capex/Opex).
