Location: Glasgow, UK (Hybrid)

Role Purpose: Drive agile adoption, coach high-performing technology teams, and align scrum goals with business and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation of large-scale agile frameworks in enterprise settings
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Guide engineering teams with best practices in agile and technical development
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Align delivery with business goals, regulatory standards, and security policies
  • Stay current with technology trends and promote continuous learning
  • Contribute to strategy, planning, and risk mitigation initiatives
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master
  • Expertise in frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, ICP-ACC, CSM, PSM)
  • Strong technical development background
  • Strategic thinking, change management, and governance awareness
Leadership Expectations:
  • Influence enterprise-wide agile practices
  • Mentor and coach individuals and teams
  • Demonstrate LEAD behaviours: Listen, Energise, Align, Develop
  • Advise senior leadership, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence
