We are hiring for Talent Acquisition Business Partner
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, with strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding within complex organisations.
- Proven ability to source specialist and hard-to-fill candidates through direct sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building effective talent pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, recruitment best practices and DE&I principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong skills in recruitment analytics, reporting and process improvement.
