- 3. Prior Domain expertise in Financial Services/Banking or highly regulated enterprise environments with stringent risk, compliance, resilience, and security standards.

- 5. IT Investment Planning & Budget Management, Spend Transparency, Workforce Planning/Resourcing Trade-offs, and Productivity/Process Simplification across matrixed functional boundaries.
- 6. Cross-boundary Collaboration, Senior Stakeholder Management (GCIO, CTO, COO, Procurement), and Proven Influence without Direct Authority in complex environments.
