We are hiring Senior / lead User Researcher (Qualitative / UX Researcher/ UCD / G-Cloud / DDaT)
Location : 1 day per week in Bristol office
- Proven track record in planning and conducting continuous user research, data analysis, and synthesis within multidisciplinary, agile project teams.
- Mastery of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, knowing precisely when and how to apply them to guide product decision-making.
- Ability to analyze complex research data, synthesize actionable findings, and present clear insights that enable team-wide adoption and action.
- Deep understanding of user diversity and accessibility, with demonstrated ability to recruit and involve diverse user groups in research activities.
- Strong experience in actively involving cross-functional team members in research planning, observation, analysis, and synthesis sessions.
- Proficiency with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern user research/collaboration tools (e.g., remote testing tools, digital whiteboards, synthesis platforms).
