- Experience in technology, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
- Proven leadership experience in Enterprise Architecture, Platform Strategy, or large-scale Digital Transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in Knowledge Management, Content Management, or Information Management initiatives.
- Experience defining target-state architecture, platform strategies, governance frameworks, and migration roadmaps.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, client engagement, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead architectural decisions from strategic planning through implementation.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting and architecture teams.
