We are hiring for EUC Engineer / Desktop Support / 3rd Line Support / System Administrator - (Application Packaging & Deployment)
Location: Manchester - 5 days per week in Office
- Proven experience in End User Computing, Workplace Engineering, Desktop Infrastructure or Application Packaging.
- Strong hands-on 3rd Line support experience within an enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience with application packaging and deployment across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of different application packaging formats and packaging tools.
- Experience troubleshooting complex application packaging and deployment issues.
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and root cause analysis skills.
