We are looking for SQL Production Engineer at Glasgow, Scotland - 2-3 days per week Onsite
Job Description:
- 5 years hands on experience in production support environments with applications using Linux/Unix/Windows, Java, SQL, PL/SQL.
- Hands on experience in service administrations and cloud formation, deployments in Cloud architecture AWS.
- Should have worked on Scheduling and Event management tools including Autosys, Netcool.
- Experience in GITHUB, Bitbucket or other enterprise source control tool for CI/CD.
- Experience in managing and tracking work using management tools like SF, LCT.
- Preferred to have understanding on ITIL concepts including Incidents, Problems, Change, Service delivery, transitions, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for Back End workflow management processes, batch management and Shell Scripting.
- Understanding on Resiliency test (DR) and having exposure to resiliency workflow management tools like Cutover.
- Candidate having worked in Observability tools like AppD, APM would be preferred.
- Experience in ServiceNow hosted app support will be added skills
