The role: As a Supervisor/Department Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will supervise the store team, provide exceptional customer service, and support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in the overall running of the store. You will create a positive work environment that fosters and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
• Be fully knowledgeable of the season’s current trends and use this to train the team to maximise sales opportunities and deliver world‑class service every time.
• Lead by example in providing the highest level of customer service.
• Support management in coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.
• Ensure you and those around you follow Giorgio Armani’s grooming guidelines and are in the correct seasonal uniform at all times.
• Assist in the seamless operation of the daily running of the store by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and ensuring optimal floor cover at all times.
• Maintain the store’s immaculate appearance, including windows, in‑store displays, and mannequins, following seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the team complies with the company’s time‑keeping and attendance expectations.

Requirements

• Motivated, energized individual with a positive attitude towards the role.
• Previous experience in a premium brand is ideal.
• Strong commitment to luxury customer service.
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients, colleagues, and other members of management.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior members of staff.
