You will become part of a small, dedicated team responsible for managing and coordinating monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of all planned work. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, alongside a strong commitment to compliance and adherence to established procedures.
The position also involves close collaboration with the finance team, including reviewing subcontractor invoices against purchase orders and completed works and reconciling them.
