Ginx is a specialist gaming and esports content producer which also owns and operates the worlds largest esports television network, as well as the fast-growing online platform www. ginx. tv which reaches 3m+ monthly unique users.
We produce esports, general gaming and streamer-based content for our own channels and platform, as well as for 3rd-party networks, publishers, and brands.
We are based in Londons Kings Cross.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced esports and gaming brand partnerships manager to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will be to pitch bespoke creative ideas into endemic & non endemic brands, big and small, games publishers and their media/marketing agencies.
Its important you will have gained relevant esports/gaming industry experience, so that you can hit the ground running with an existing set of relationships
- Role & responsibilities
- Superserve your industry contacts with creative and innovative marketing ideas that will help them reach the multiple Ginx communities on TV, socials and online.
- Work with internal production and editorial teams to create bespoke sales solutions for new & existing clients.
- Coordinate the development of pitch decks, delivering engaging proposals.
- Develop complimentary direct campaigns alongside our programmatic and TV sales agents.
- Assist with campaign planning, creation, strategy & management of all campaign across digital, TV & live events/tournaments.
- Work with the leadership team to set revenue KPIs and communicate accurately on forecasts, pipeline status, and activities related to your targets, categories and areas of focus.
Requirements
- Passion for and knowledge of the video games & esports industries is a prerequisite.
- You will have a proven multi-year track record of working in a commercial/sales role within gaming and esports, preferably broad-spectrum (not at a singular publisher f. e.).
- Self-starter, pro-active attitude & a willingness to take the lead and never take no for an answer.
- Having an engaging personality, you a natural at building strong relationships.
- You are creative, can come up with strong ideas and can communicate those clearly.
