Ginseng Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Acupuncturist & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Doctor (Practitioner) to join our expert clinical team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality acupuncture treatments and TCM full service rooted in classical TCM principles, with a strong focus on personalized care.
Your primary duties will involve one-on-one consultations, patient diagnosis, and treatment planning using acupuncture, cupping, and herbal therapy complementary techniques to address a wide range of conditions, particularly in fertility, women's health, and internal medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient history, lifestyle, and presenting symptoms
- Formulate accurate TCM diagnoses using traditional methods (pulse, tongue, observation, questioning)
- Develop individualised treatment plans using acupuncture and herbal therapies
- Deliver safe, effective acupuncture treatments and TCM herbal therapy & clinical care based on clinical findings
- Provide lifestyle, diet, and herbal suggestions in line with TCM principles
- Record all treatments accurately and monitor patient progress regularly
- Educate patients on treatment goals and timelines
- Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold a compassionate and professional approach in a fast-paced clinic setting
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Minimum of 5 years clinical acupuncture and classical herbal experience
- Strong English communication skills, confident in consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proven Clinical Experience in infertility and women's health, or wellbeing practice within acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Well speaking English
- Experience working with international clients and adapting TCM principles to modern wellness settings
- Track record in infertility and women's health
- Competitive annual salary: 35,000-38,700 based on 10-20 years clinical experience
- Weekly work hours: 42.5 hours
