Gin’s Cafe in Palmers Green is seeking an experienced chef to help lead the kitchen for our new Italian deli concept, with a daily schedule from 6am to 2pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
The role focuses on Italian/Mediterranean cooking, food prep, presentation, stock control, ordering and ensuring food safety, with opportunities to develop dishes and refine the menu in a fast-paced, friendly café environment.
