Gin’s Cafe in Palmers Green is looking for an experienced chef to help lead the kitchen for our new Italian deli concept.
Menu includes:
- Croissants and breakfast pastries.
- Cakes and tiramisu.
- Parmigiana.
- Lasagna.
- A small selection of fresh pasta dishes.
- Focaccia, sandwiches and Italian deli-style food.
You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, presentation, stock control, ordering, food safety and the daily organisation of the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong Italian/Mediterranean cooking experience.
- Can work independently and manage a small kitchen.
- Is organised, clean and reliable.
- Can maintain food quality and consistency.
- Understands food costs, stock control and waste management.
- Can help develop dishes and improve the menu
