We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Support chefs during service by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous.
• Basic cooking skills and understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with culinary practices and hospitality standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
