We are recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support project cost management and commercial delivery across a range of construction works. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, working closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with quantity take-offs, measurement, and preparing cost estimates.
- Support cost control and budgeting, including tracking spend and reporting.
- Help with procurement, supplier enquiries, quotations, and procurement schedules.
- Support contract administration, including documentation and managing variations.
- Assist with cost reporting, valuations, and cost-value reconciliation.
- Gain exposure to risk management and commercial reporting processes.
- Work alongside senior team members in meetings and stakeholder communication.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in commercial and cost management within construction projects.
- Awareness of contracts such as NEC / JCT (FIDIC exposure is a plus).
- Good understanding of construction processes and health & safety awareness.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
