We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PR Senior Account Executive to join our award-winning team. You’ll work in a fast-paced agency environment, where you’ll sharpen your practical skills, deepen your understanding of today’s media landscape, and learn from a highly experienced team of senior PR professionals. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality PR and communications programmes across a range of B2B and tech clients. You’ll be hands-on in programme execution, media relations, and content development, while building your confidence in client management and strategic thinking. This is a hybrid role, based in London or Tunbridge Wells, and home.
- Support the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to integrated programme planning and execution across PR, content, and digital channels, including drafting press materials (press releases, comments, case studies, social content).
- Monitor media coverage and report on programme performance with clear, actionable insights.
- Support thought leadership and executive profiling opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver integrated campaigns, while contributing to a positive team culture and supporting interns or work experience students where appropriate.
- Contribute to new business activity through research, content development, and administrative support, including preparing credentials, case studies, and media lists for pitches.
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively, ensuring accurate time tracking and efficient account delivery.
Demonstrable experience in a PR agency or communications role (2+ years of experience), ideally with a B2B background. Excellent writing, organisational, and communication skills. A genuine interest in current affairs and the news agenda. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for PR. Team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid agency environment.
