This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager / Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy, high-volume QSR restaurant in Sheffield. As Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, leading your team, driving sales and ensuring consistently high standards across service and operations. If you're an experienced General Manager or Restaurant General Manager with a passion for people, strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced QSR environment, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring: * Previous experience as a General Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager within a busy hospitality, restaurant or QSR environment * Strong leadership skills and the confidence to lead a restaurant team by example * Commercial awareness across sales, labour, stock and overall restaurant performance * A proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams * A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences * The ability to stay calm, organised and focused in a fast-paced restaurant environment * A hands-on approach to restaurant management and day-to-day operations As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Taking full ownership of the day-to-day management of the restaurant * Leading, motivating and developing the restaurant team * Driving sales, service and operational performance * Setting and maintaining high standards across the restaurant * Managing rotas, labour costs, stock control and other key restaurant costs * Monitoring KPIs and using commercial insight to improve restaurant performance * Ensuring excellent customer service and consistently positive guest experiences * Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety and compliance * Recruiting, training and developing team members to support the ongoing success of the restaurant * Acting as a hands-on General Manager, leading from the front and creating a high-performing restaurant culture Ready to take ownership of your next challenge?
