  • Taking charge of service during the Head Chef's days off or in their absence, ensuring smooth operation and team coordination

  • Contributing to menu development with ideas for specials, seasonal additions, and improved efficiency during service
  • Supporting the training and development of Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
