Events & Marketing Co-Ordinator Profile:
- Previous experience gained in a hotel events role
- Significant experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in supporting large-scale events and luxury dining services
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine, with strong commercial and business awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating
- Proficient in problem-solving, complaint handling, and maintaining high standards under pressure
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Events & Marketing Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared and set according to specific function sheets and client instructions
- Coordinate the setup of meeting rooms to maintain a 'Show-round' standard when not in use
- Take overall responsibility for guest and staff satisfaction by directing event operations and seeking opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Support the department's organization and administration to ensure tasks are carried out accurately and timely
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, discuss event details, special requests, and staffing levels
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of storage, still rooms, and bar areas regularly
