Our Executive Chef has nearly 30 years' experience across restaurants, hotels and gastropubs, and we're looking for 2 talented Chef de Parties who wants to learn, develop and be genuinely valued.
What you'll be doing
- Running your own section with confidence.
- Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.
- Supporting service during busy periods.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus.
- Helping create a kitchen we're all proud of.
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready for the next step.
- Loves cooking fresh food.
- Works calmly under pressure.
- Takes pride in consistency and presentation.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Has a positive attitude and wants to grow.
