This isn't a large corporate chainit's a chance to help shape a business from day one. Our Executive Chef has nearly 30 years' experience across restaurants, hotels and gastropubs, and we're looking for 2 talented Chef de Parties who wants to learn, develop and be genuinely valued. What you'll be doing Running your own section with confidence. Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes. Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards. Supporting service during busy periods. Working closely with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus. Helping create a kitchen we're all proud of. We're looking for someone who Has previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready for the next step. Loves cooking fresh food. Works calmly under pressure.
