Working at the intersection of regulation, service delivery and customer outcomes, you will bring clarity, drive and governance to ensure every network is safe, compliant and prepared for seamless operations.
In your first two weeks you will attend the Birmingham office daily to onboard with key teams, understand our portfolio, and align ways of working.
Thereafter, you will move to our hybrid model, balancing on-site collaboration with focused remote delivery to keep the programme on track.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will plan, run and continuously refine a portfolio-wide programme that ensures every scheme meets compliance requirements and is operationally ready.
Most days you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track risks and dependencies, resolve issues at pace, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
You will turn complex requirements into clear actions, timelines and measurable outcomes.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Building and maintaining the master plan, roadmap, RAID logs and dashboards for the compliance and readiness programme.
Facilitating daily and weekly ceremonies to drive momentum across engineering, operations, billing, data and customer teams.
Translating regulatory and technical requirements into actionable work packages and acceptance criteria.
Coordinating site readiness activities, pilots and go-live rehearsals, capturing lessons learned and closing actions.
Preparing executive updates and decision papers, ensuring timely governance and approvals.
