LEAD PROJECT MANAGER - 6 MONTH FTC Ginger Energy Competitive Hybrid - Egd Baston, Birmingham ROLE OVERVIEW You will lead and coordinate the delivery of a structured compliance and operational readiness programme across our heat network portfolio.
Working at the intersection of regulation, service delivery and customer outcomes, you will bring clarity, drive and governance to ensure every network is safe, compliant and prepared for seamless operations.
In your first two weeks you will attend the Birmingham office daily to onboard with key teams, understand our portfolio, and align ways of working.
Thereafter, you will move to our hybrid model, balancing on-site collaboration with focused remote delivery to keep the programme on track.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will plan, run and continuously refine a portfolio-wide programme that ensures every scheme meets compliance requirements and is operationally ready.
Most days you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track risks and dependencies, resolve issues at pace, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
You will turn complex requirements into clear actions, timelines and measurable outcomes.
