Since then ‘The British Motorsport Company’ has enjoyed rapid expansion; scaling up production to support global exports, running multiple successful domestic championships and expanding its offering with supporting brands including Want2race, Blyton Park and Sim Track. *_______________________________________________________* *Job profile* We are looking to recruit a TIG Welder/Fabricator to work as a team member and support the production of fabricated components for road and race cars. The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include: * TIG welder/fabricator to work in the Fabrication Department * To assist the fabrication team with the build schedule of fabricated components * To manufacture components using technical drawings * TIG weld mild and stainless steel * Sub-assembly of fabricated components including use of jigs *Essential Criteria for the role:* * Basic mechanical knowledge * Excellent communication and interaction skills * Self-motivated * Team player * Reliable * Attention to detail * Motorsport or automotive experience preferable but not essential. *In return we offer a great place to work with great benefits including:* * Competitive Salary (depending on experience) * 4-weekly pay (13 pay days per year) * Free on-site parking * Pension contribution * Free on-site Gym * Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave · Opportunities for career progression within the department and the wider business are possible.
