About the Role

This is a full‑time role based in Ormskirk, Lancashire, initially covering maternity leave. Following this, you will transition into the management of a new service currently in development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and high‑quality standards of care and education.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a dedicated team of staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
- Ensure that person‑centred care plans and educational programmes are tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies, including health professionals and local authorities.

- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and reports in line with Ofsted and regulatory standards.

About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted‑regulated service, with a proven track record in working with children and young people.
- A strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing children's care, education, and therapy services.

- A compassionate, person‑centred approach with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
