An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse with current NMC registration and a minimum of 2 years post qualification management experience to join this award winning domiciliary care company currently operating in 22 London Boroughs.

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to mould and grow this new service ensuring that the service users are at the heart of the care delivery. Complex client group with many being dual diagnosis offering the right candidate a challenging but rewarding opportunity.
Ability to manage a team in both group homes and solo placements, carry out assessments of need, devise and deliver effective care plans, liaise with external providers and manage a departmental budget.
This role has been developed so you have the ability to take a hands on approach to care delivery.

Starting salary 42,000 to 49,000 GBP plus benefits.
