We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the day to day management and growth whilst continuing to preserve and raise the reputational profile of the service.
Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting the current management team in the day to day management of the service, focusing on strengthening teams to assist growth, contributing to maintaining and excelling in quality patient centered care delivery.
- Proactively building and maintaining co-productive relationships with ICB commissioners, local authorities, other service providers/stakeholders and the wider communities we work in (including self-funding private clients).
- Overseeing the continuous development and improvement of policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance and legal obligations are met including CQC.
The ideal candidate will become the link between our in-house management team and clients defined as:
- commissioners
- private individuals
- Local Authorities
- clinical commissioning teams
- continuing health-care teams
- community teams
The link the Business Development Manager forges is designed to ensure continuity of impartial oversight around managing and meeting expectations of clients, whilst balancing, understanding and supporting the challenges that our in-house management team face on a daily basis in what is a fast-moving sector. Therefore, the ability to multi-task and problem solve in an open and transparent, honest manner is essential, but at the same time, the role requires the person to have a natural ability to build and maintain quality, respectful relationships based on integrity and trust, so a fair and equitable manner is required.
