Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in safeguarding and clinical governance? We're partnering with a well-established, values-led provider of high-quality domiciliary and supported living services, currently seeking a dynamic professional to lead their safeguarding and clinical governance functions. This is an opportunity to step into a senior, strategic role where you'll shape policy, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safeguarding procedures and serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Oversee care planning in collaboration with Trusted Assessors, ensuring it is holistic, enabling, and CQC compliant
- Develop and manage clinical governance frameworks alongside internal teams and external partners
- Coach and mentor staff in safeguarding, best practices, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with regulators, management, and health professionals
- Support inspections and service reviews
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- NMC Registration (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)
- Strong track record in safeguarding and clinical governance
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and risk management
- Organised, proactive, and compassionate with strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check required
