We are working in partnership with a highly respected and well-established provider of Domiciliary Care Services, who are currently seeking an Experienced Care Coordinator to join their outstanding team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless care delivery. This role involves coordinating care packages, managing rotas, liaising with service users and families, and ensuring compliance with all relevant CQC regulations. You'll be joining a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding care and support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within health and social care, ideally in Domiciliary Care Services
  • A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • A solid understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong IT skills and experience using Electronic Care Management Systems
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
