  • Assisting with events, conferences and meetings
  • Supporting new projects and business initiatives
  • Carrying out research and gathering information when required
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Providing general day-to-day support to the Sales Director

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to use their own initiative
  • Confident communicating by telephone, email and in person
  • Comfortable working in a busy and changing environment
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Reliable and professional
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software
  • Willing to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator or similar role would be beneficial, but we are also open to candidates who demonstrate exceptional organisation, initiative and potential.
