Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Take and serve drink and food orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer queries about the menu offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas at all times.
- Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining proper cash-handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Assist in setting up for events, functions, and daily service as required.
