This role would be based in either our Edinburgh or Dundee office.
Our Team
We are looking to hire a highly driven Solicitor (0-6 years PQE) to join our successful Private Client team, based in either Edinburgh or Dundee. We are an enthusiastic team that supports each other to achieve a great working environment. We value each other’s expertise and opinion and pride ourselves in offering an inclusive, enjoyable and motivating place to work.
The Role
We are looking to further strengthen our current team with the appointment of an experienced candidate. The successful candidate will deal with a wide range of private client service areas with particular emphasis on:
- Wills and estate planning, including complex and high-value estates;
- Powers of attorney and associated legal advice;
- Executry administration from death to final distribution, including tax-paying estates.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Have enthusiasm to help grow and develop the private client department.
- Be STEP qualified or interested in working towards this or other relevant professional qualifications.
