We’re seeking a passionate, professional Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team on a fixed‑term Maternity Leave Cover contract for approximately nine months, starting 1 September 2026.
This role offers the opportunity to work in one of the region’s most tranquil and inspiring spa environments, with the possibility of extension or progression to a permanent position depending on operational needs and performance.
You’ll deliver exceptional treatments across our Spa Space, Jetty Spa, and private spa suites, each designed to offer guests a deeply personal, restorative experience. As an ESPA‑trained therapist, you will bring a refined, intuitive approach to wellness, ensuring every treatment reflects the highest standards of luxury and care.
Your Role as Spa Therapist:- Delivers a range of high-end treatments including ESPA‑inspired massages, facials, and body therapies with precision, care and confidence.
- Provides a warm, personalised experience for every guest.
- Supports the spa team in creating a tranquil, welcoming environment.
- Contributes to the smooth running of the spa and guest experience.
- Maintains immaculate treatment rooms and upholds hygiene standards.
- Recommends products and wellness routines tailored to individual needs.

- Recognised qualifications in beauty therapy and massage (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

Salary: £12.80 - £13.80 per hour (equating to £26,624 - £28,704 per annum). Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £526 per month.
