We’re seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning culinary team at Gilpin Spice, the vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant within Gilpin Hotel & Lake House. Michelin-recommended and renowned for its open kitchen theatre, bold flavours, and luxurious yet playful approach to Asian cuisine, Gilpin Spice offers an inspiring platform for culinary creativity.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Kitchen Porter:

  • Keeps our vibrant kitchen spotless and running smoothly.
  • Operates dishwashing equipment and manages kitchen waste.
  • Supports chefs with deliveries and basic prep when needed.
  • Maintains hygiene and safety standards with precision.
  • Acts as a reliable, upbeat presence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reports maintenance issues promptly.
