Your Role as Host:
- Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional.
- Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service, housekeeping, afternoon tea, guest requests, and evening turndown.
- Collaborates with our Spa, Estates, and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings.
- Acts as a lead on events and exclusives – working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions.
- Anticipates needs, resolves issues with grace, and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches.
